An email to my Friends and Family

I would normally delete emails like this so I can understand your hesitation. I honestly think Barack Obama is different and deserves your attention.

There are over 36 million people in California. As much field work and volunteering as I've done, the truth is that the only way to reach a lot of these voters is through television advertising. One 30 second television ad in this market costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. Without donations from people like you, some voters might never get a chance to see or hear the candidate I believe is best for the job.

Every donation counts, so if you're still a poor video game tester or college student and can't give more than $10, don't worry about it — that support matters.

I am hoping to help raise $1000 from my friends and family by Feb 5th:
